The full workflow

From voice note to published post in under 15 minutes

Six steps. Here is what Curioeus does at each one, and where the decision stays with you.

Record your note

Open the app and hit record. Speak for 30 seconds to 3 minutes, whatever the idea needs. No script, no structure, no editing required. Share the observation, the opinion, the thing that occurred to you on a client call. The less polished, the better input it makes.

AI extracts your argument

Curioeus transcribes the recording and pulls out the core argument, the supporting observations you mentioned, and the narrative direction your speaking took. It is not a transcript. It is a reading of what you were building toward.

Draft arrives within minutes

A full draft arrives in your dashboard in under five minutes. It has a suggested headline, an opening hook calibrated to your speaking style, body paragraphs structured around your argument, and a closing thought that follows the natural end of what you were saying. The draft is 300 to 600 words, formatted for LinkedIn.

Review and approve

Read the draft. Change anything that does not feel right, or approve as-is if it is already there. The editorial call is yours, including whether to publish at all. Curioeus does not schedule or post anything automatically. Every post goes out when you decide it should.

Timing engine flags your window

Before you publish, the timing engine checks the category of your post, your audience geography, and observed day-of-week engagement patterns for B2B content. It suggests a specific 60-minute window based on those signals. You still choose when to post. The recommendation is a starting point, not a directive.

Publish and reply with confidence

After you publish, Curioeus has five suggested replies ready for the first 90 minutes. These are written in your voice and aimed at moving the conversation toward topics you care about. Early engagement from the author is one of the observable signals that affects how LinkedIn decides whether to extend reach. You review and send each reply yourself.

Voice calibration

It learns how you write by listening to how you speak

On first use, Curioeus reads your past LinkedIn posts if any are available, then asks five short questions about your writing style: sentence length preferences, the topics you post about, the vocabulary you tend to use, the tone you want to project. From that starting point it adjusts with each new draft, tracking your accepted edits and learning from changes you consistently make. After a few drafts it stops sounding like a cleaned-up transcript and starts sounding like your considered writing, not your unfiltered speaking.

Timing engine

Posting time is a variable. Most founders do not treat it that way.

The timing engine does not give you a universal answer. It gives you a signal based on your specific post type, audience location, and observed patterns for B2B content.

Audience timezone first

Timing is calculated around when your audience is active, not your own local time.

Day-of-week patterns

Reads engagement patterns for B2B content by day and hour. Tuesday morning is not always the right answer.

Post type matters

Optimal windows differ by content type. Opinion posts and case studies tend to land at different times for B2B audiences.
