Our story

Built in 2025, in Singapore, around one specific observation

The writing is rarely what stops a founder from posting. The time to do the writing is.

Origin

The problem started with our own voice memos

Ruby spent years working directly with B2B founders on audience-building and content strategy. The pattern she kept seeing was the same: a founder with a sharp observation from a client call, a voice note sitting unread in their phone, a half-formed opinion that never made it to a post. The ideas were there. The time to turn them into something publishable was not.

She tried the obvious solutions alongside her clients. Generic AI tools gave them posts that sounded technically correct but nothing like the person who recorded the note. Hiring a ghostwriter produced clean copy that lacked the actual texture of how the founder thought. The personal voice, which is the reason a founder's post gets read over a brand post, was gone.

Daniel had spent years building NLP and voice-processing pipelines for marketing platforms. When Ruby brought him the problem in early 2025, the technical path was clear: the missing piece was a system that learned style, not just processed text. They started building Curioeus that same month. The question they kept coming back to was: what if the conversion did not just clean up the words, but actually learned the way the person thinks?

That question shapes everything we build. Voice first. Precision second. Speed third. In that order.

The team

Two people, clear roles, one product direction

Ruby Nguyen, Co-founder and CEO of Curioeus

Ruby Nguyen

Co-founder, CEO

Ruby spent years building content and audience strategy for B2B founders. That work is where she kept running into the voice-to-post problem. She leads product direction and founder relationships at Curioeus, and uses the product herself every week.

Daniel Osei, Co-founder and CTO of Curioeus

Daniel Osei

Co-founder, CTO

Daniel has spent his career building NLP and voice-processing systems for content and marketing platforms. He owns the Curioeus platform architecture, the voice calibration pipeline, and the timing engine. The core technical challenge he keeps returning to is teaching a system to learn style, not just process text.

Principles

How we make product decisions

Voice is the signal

The way you speak, the words you reach for, the cadence of your sentences: these are not formatting quirks. They are the reason someone recognises your writing. We protect those signals, we do not flatten them.

Time is the constraint

Founders know what they want to say. They do not have four hours to say it well. Every product decision we make is tested against this question: does it make the real time cost lower, or does it just look faster?

Editorial control stays with you

We deliver a draft, not a post. The decision to publish, the decision to edit, the decision to change the ending entirely: all of that is yours. Curioeus is a writing partner that does not have opinions about your opinions.
